1990 - Health Insurance Subsidy of $3 per year of service
from 10 to 30.
1996 - Retirees retired
prior to 7/1/76 with 25 years or more of service, who are neither
receiving nor eligible to receive Social Security Benefits and whose
monthly benefit as of 7/1/96 is less than $1000, upon application to
the administrator, shall receive a supplemental COLA (Cost of Living
Adjustment)
1998 - The monthly health insurance
subsudy was increased from $3 to $5 for each year of service, effective
January 1, 1999..
